Chalet 1839 - Apartment 24

Located in a fantastic spot, right in the center of the village, you can also usually ski right to the back door. This spacious apartment is on the 2nd and 1st floors of the 1839 Chalet, both floors have large balconies so in warmer weather you can sit outside and enjoy the views of the Chavannes. The apartment was recently built to high modern standards. All the restaurants and facilities of the village are within a few metres of the property.

Kitchen, Living Area and Dining Area

You enter the apartment on the 2nd Floor into a spacious living/dining area and kitchen. There is comfortable seating for 8 people and 2 and around the dining table for 10. The kitchen is very well equipped and all modern. There is a television in the living area. The sofa area is particularly welcoming and cozy with its large sofas, and the windows bringing light into the apartment.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 4 bedrooms in the apartment, the two master bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. The two other bedrooms share a shower room and a separate W/C. More information about the configuration below:

Balconies

There are 3 different balconies, one for the sofa area, one for the master bedroom 1 and one shared by the 3 bedrooms on the lower floor.

Laundry room

There is a laundry room on the lower floor with washing machine, dryer and ironing board.

Ski locker 

The flat is having its own ski locker case in the ski room of the building.

Car park space

2 car park spaces with electric charges are available with the flat in the underground car park of the building.
