Les Gets - Hiking in Summer - Mountain Leader - Marion Allain

Marion has lived in Les Gets for almost 10 years and is currently a Mountain Leader in training. She successfully graduated from the summer training course and she loves to share her knowledge on the mountains. Her English and Spanish are really good.

Marion will guide you in Les Gets and its surroundings to discover the most beautiful spots and trails of the Haute-Savoie area. Marion, with her experience on the ground and her knowledge of fauna and flora, as well as geology and local history, will transmit to you her passion for the mountains and will take you to admire beautiful landscapes.

Hiking for all

Because hiking is an activity accessible to everyone, Marion will adapt to your wishes and take into account the abilities of each member of the group. Families with children, individuals, or large groups will discover the mountains at their best : observing the fauna (binoculars), learning about the flora along the season, knowing more about geology to understand the landscapes, but also the best anecdotes from the local history of our mountains.

FYI, Marion will be graduated in snowshoeing in the winter 2023-2024.

Outdoor Yoga and hiking

Marion is also a qualified yoga teacher and is keen to combine this practice with hiking. Come to enjoy an immersive experience in nature. Discover the mountains in a different way, surrounded by the elements. An introduction to Afghan walking, mindfulness meditation, silent walking, sylvotherapy (forest bath), outdoor yoga, and relaxation... a moment of pure relaxation combined with the beneficial effects of mountain walking just for you.
